Czech Molded Glass Triangular Conus Shell Glass Beads, in Red and Green, Bohemia - Rita Okrent Collection (C564)Group of 6 antique Czech glass triangular beads from the late 1800's or early 1900's. Designed to imitate the shape of a conus shell which were used as trade currency throughout Africa. Measure 48x30mm (approx). These beads were from Rita's design studio and were a design staple in her necklaces. See an example of the use of these beads in her necklace features in Collectible Beads, by Robert K. Liu, p. 176. These beads are being sold as a set. They
