Description
Sauvignon BlancPale, slightly green colour. Pungent nose, with flavours of gooseberry and passion fruit, with a hint of melon and citrus notes. On the mouth, a good acidity is developed, together with a long finish and soft creamy texture.

The must is then poured into 50-litre glass containers or demijohns and left to ferment very slowly
The wine then matures in stainless steel on the fine lees for a while and then refines in the bottle for 2-3 months
- 90% Merlot and 10% Malbec
followed by hints of almonds and cherries
The palate is full-bodied
