Ridge Vineyards Monte Bello 2011This wine was matured in 100% new oak barrels, and has a delicious bouquet of ginger, cardamom, anise, fennel, and mountain bramble fruits. The palate is juicy with blackcurrant flavours, and a hint of coffee. The lingering finish is refreshingly acidic, with chalky tannins.
