Our new Culinary 101 program will take you on a culinary tour around the world, while focusing on sharpening your kitchen skills and having you take home a meal for 2! Join us each week as we sink our teeth into a range of global cuisines. More than just a casual cooking class and not quite as intensive as culinary college, the classes in this course will focus on: Knife Skills Butchery Stocks, Soups, and Sauces
