Well balanced and steely with bright fresh apple, pear, citrus, flinty and mineral flavours on the palate. No malolactic fermentation on this vibrant Chard. Chardonnay food pairings: lobster tail, prawns in butter sauce, sauted smoked sea scallops in butter.
