Banner is constructed with pink silk panels along all four sides, a white central panel, and an embroidered bright blue star patch at center. Likely a military service banner. Measures 11" H hanging from rope. Item dimensions are of banner laid flat without rope.
There is some partial cover separation on both the front and back covers
It once held Sir Walter Raleigh Smoking Tobacco for Pipe and Cigarettes
In the sculptural rendering
There is a hallmark on the interior of the locket that is difficult to make out
minor plating loss
It is in good condition with general signs of use and wear
