Lot 029 - Antique Massachusetts Volunteer Militia Armorer's Tool Roll, Co. M, 6th Regiment, Marked For Sergeant A. B. Trask, Late 19th–Early 20th CenturyAntique militia armorers tool roll belonging to a non commissioned officer of the Massachusetts Volunteer Militia. Stenciling reads CO. M, 6TH REGT. M. V. M., MILFORD, MASS., identifying it as property of Company M, 6th Regiment, active prior to the National Guard reorganization of 1907. The handwritten name Sergt A. B. Trask appears on the roll, indicating the original owner. Constructed of heavy canvas with leather edging, interior stitched pockets,
Note that the top panel of the back facing side with label is detached on the right but still held in place
