Cumings, Boston, With Blade Present, 9-1/2" LAntique hand made wood plane in a coffin shaped form, featuring an engraved pentagram logo and dated 1883 with the initials U. A. C. Manufacturer stamp of A. Cumings, Boston on front of plane. Blade remains present and seated in place, though likely in need of sharpening. Evidence suggests a wooden front handle was once attached and has since been broken off and lost. Displays a dark, well aged surface and hand tooled character. Wear, nicks, and
