The body features printed wood grain paneling detail and windows. Manufactured by Courtland Toys, Camden, New Jersey, circa 1950. Friction mechanism is not working. Surface shows dents, paint loss, fading, and wear consistent with age and play use, note not working, dents, surface loss and fading.
The previous dealer from whom this piece was acquired stated that it was purchased from the widow of the sailor who made it
