90’s Floral Corset Back Scallop Neck Midi DressRomantic 90s midi dress with cottagecore vibes! No tags, but the fabric appears to be a soft and easy care rayon blend with blue and white star shaped ditsy flowers on a dark navy background. V neckline has sweet scallops formed with self piping. The dress buttons down the front to about hip level. Someone has taken a hidden stitch between buttons so the dress does not accidentally open. Dress pulls over head, unless you want to take the stitches out
