This is a fabulous vintage dress from the 1970s
Tagged a size 10 but please check the measurements carefully to ensure a perfect fit
there is a tie near the bottom of the v neck to control how open it is

I am guessing this was made in the 1990's (due to the rhinestones and buttons) with a lot of jean scraps from different eras
