The scissors have cast metal figural handles with a stylized bird form and long, narrow blades suited for sewing, needlework, and fine fabric cutting. Surface wear, patina, and minor oxidation are present throughout, consistent with age and use. Blades show wear but retain their original form. Marked Germany.
