Burna Boy Replies Critics Hoping He Lost At The Grammys
Nigerian musician, Burna Boy replies critics and haters who had prayed for him not to win his first-ever Grammy.
The Giant of Africa won his first-ever Grammy at the 63rd Grammy Awards ceremony hosted by comedian Trevor Noah.
OluwaBurna had beaten Antibalas, Bebel Gilberto, Anoushka Shankar, and Tinariwen to win in the Best Global Music Album category.
The artist has now come out to silence his critics who had wished him a failure at the 63rd Grammys.
In a tweet, he said;
“GOD is most definitely NOT A MAN. I will never forget how so many of you pray that I don’t win. too dumb to understand that you also win if I win. No worry this is just the beginning, God is Great.”
